If I won the $1.3B Powerball one of the things I would spend my money on is a chef. I love all the recipes in the Food Lover’s Cleanse and in the 2016 Goop Detox. And I’m sure I could easily follow the menus if I had someone to shop, prepare, serve, and clean up. Seriously, what normal person has time to make these things?

Here are a few that I would like to make when I have time to shop, prepare, serve, and clean up.

Soba Noodle Salad with Miso Dressing

One semi-healthy thing I did make this weekend was this salad.

Asian spinach salad, spinach salad dressing, asian salad dressing, asian cucumber saladI kept the dressing separate so I could bring the leftovers to work for lunch today. I still had a ton of dressing left over. If I made it again I would cut the dressing recipe in half, except for the ginger. I used real ginger (there’s a first time for everything) but it wasn’t strong enough for my liking.

Because my odds are one in 292.2 million to win the Powerball I’ll just stick with my Urban Remedy Cleanse this week. But if I win… next week will be different.
