One dumpster later

Hello dirt!

Most of the work took place while we were both traveling for work. Nolan’s dad was over house/dog-sitting and would frequently send us photos. (Thanks Glen!)

We kept the two flower bed areas from the original landscape job that Nolan’s parents did. I figure that even I can keep up with a small area. 😉 We also had them put in irrigation in the front and back, we previously just had it in the front. (Which was mostly blocked by two pines trees that we took out… did I forget to mention that? Our neighbors call us “tree haters” behind our backs to our faces.) With all the brand new sod and our need for low-maintenance, sprinklers were a must.
