Last weekend, after 18 weeks of training, I completed the Nashville Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon! I did some things right and some things wrong, but overall it was a good first marathon experience.

The end of week nine marked the half-way point. It’s been relatively easy to stay on track with all my cheerleaders. (I talked to my friend Heidi almost the entire 6.4 miles on the 13th.)
