After doing our best at removing all the textured wallpaper and painting all the trim white, we called in the pros to skim coat and paint the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway.
White Cabinets with Oil-Rubbed Bronze Hardware (Part 1)
Decisiveness had lead to accelerated house projects, like removing all the textured wallpaper, replacing the front deck boards, and starting the entryway makeover. Add white cabinets with oil-rubbed bronze hardware (read: re-painting the kitchen cabinets, replacing all the hinges, and installing new hardware) to the list. Woof.
Front Deck: A two day project to add curb appeal
We recently replaced the rotting deck boards on our front deck. Compared to our back deck, this was a much quicker (and cheaper project), but adds some much need curb appeal.

Kitchen Appliances
source We’ve officially decided against the whole-kitchen-remodel idea, in favor of smaller, incremental changes. Notice I said smaller, not small. Four brand new appliances was not a small change, but smaller than a complete custom kitchen remodel. Relativity for the win.
House Indecisiveness
source Let’s cut to the chase; we’re staying put in our house, for now, at least. But, we do keep an eye on homes for sale in our desired location- Southwest Minneapolis. To be more specific (in order)- Linden Hills, Fulton, East Harriet or Lynnhurst neighborhoods.
