My 2019 Book Recap

Looking at my 2019 book recap, I feel I did a pretty good job getting through my 2019 book list! Between reading books and listening to audiobooks I made through a lot!

BR: Trust Exercise by Susan Choi

Trust Exercise by Susan Choi just won the 2019 National Book Award for Fiction. So, naturally, I added it to my library queue. To my surprise, it was almost immediately filled. It’s not a super long book so I brought it with me on my recent trip back to Minnesota for Christmas.

BR: This One is Mine by Maria Semple

This One is Mine is the third book that I’ve read by Maria Semple. I first listened to the audiobook of Where’d You Go Bernadette and then Today Will Be Different. I loved both of these, so when I found this book it was a no brainer to put it on my 2019 book list.
