During my trip to Winter Park, I read two books. The first was A Short History of the Girl Next Door by Jared Reck.
This is my first post completely dedicated to a book review. I’m still playing with how to organize my thoughts. I’m including the Amazon description because, if it’s not broken… Then, followed by my opinion of the book. Hope you enjoy it!

My Review
I chose A Short History of the Girl Next Door because it’s one of the shortest books on my 2018 book list. It’s a cute coming-of-age story, but very predictable. I liked the shorter chapters, because you can easily read a chapter while waiting to board or deplane. I also enjoyed the overdramatic movie director in Matt’s head. It reminded me a bit of the movie trailer music in The Holiday.
I enjoyed it and would recommend it for a light/easy/quick read.
