I’m one of those people who start new projects before ever really finishing the last one. At the beginning of any project I get super excited and motivated. Then, at about 90%, I lose motivation, I admitted to this back in November.

But I’m proud to report we have blinds!! Nolan starts a new job next week and when he’s not traveling he’ll be working from home. Nothing like a new job to get you motivated to keep working on the Teddy Bear Office!

I love the natural light in the office but in the mornings the glare on the computer screen is SUPER annoying.

The blinds are from Blindster.com and were super easy to install. I still want to add white curtains. I even bought a curtain rod a long time ago, but the length of the curtains is problematic with the desk up against the wall. I’m bummed that Emily Henderson’s “Hanging Curtains All Wrong” didn’t address this! Do I dare try to sew my own?

The cute rhino letter sorter was copied from Chris Loves Julia’s “tiny but perfect office space”. PS Super excited for my friend’s open house this weekend!

I’ve also managed to build, stain and install some shelving. They still need to be styled; there are so many good tips on Pinterest, but alas, the 90% problem.
