Just like that, the leaves changed and started falling, the temperatures dropped, the beloved PSL came back! Wrapping up October 2019 with a short recap of the month.
Marshall University Marathon
MUM is this weekend!?! This training season has gone by SO fast. Between summer visitors, starting a new job, and friends in town, I feel like I’ve barely trained. I’m nervous and excited!
Family in Town for BLINK
The same weekend as the Queen Bee Half Marathon, my in-laws were in town to see BLINK. We had the most fun walking around downtown checking out all the installations. We walked over 4 miles and probably didn’t even see half of what was out there. So fun experiencing this again with my in-laws. 🙂
Vikings
Ever since moving here, I feel like we’ve become even bigger Minnesota fans; buying all the clothes and making all the drinks. It’s weird watching football when it’s still 90 degrees out, but that’s what we’ve been doing!
Halloween Party!
It’s been a long long time since we’ve dressed up for a Halloween party. It’s not something that I exactly like to do. But when invited to a party, I’ll throw on a sailor outfit! I made my favorite pumpkin white chocolate chip cookies and they were a huge hit!
