Each month I write a currently post to share all sorts of little tidbits that alone probably don’t constitute an entire post, but are worth sharing nonetheless…

I can’t believe it’s December 2016 already! I was happy to get my 3-year anniversary post up and I’m working on several others, like our remodeled master bathroom, our latest Vegas trip, the latest on our entry remodel, and an update on our indecisive house decisions.

Also, all these personalized stamps!

Currently Loving

The paint in our living room, entry, dining and kitchen. I’m working on a full post of the entire skim coating and painting process, but in the meantime here is a little teaser of the four Sherwin Williams colors we sampled.

Currently Reading

After last month’s serious reads I opted for a light, easy book. Maybe in Another Life by Taylor Jenkins Reid follows Hanna Martin along two paths that her life could take depending on one decision. It’s the whole parallel universes theory, except in the book there are only two universes and both are full of drama and cheesy romance.

As seen in my Snapchat Day, Fractured by Catherine McKenzie is about a woman who escapes her stalker by moving to Cincinnati, but finds that her new neighbors might be out for her too. It’s was a thrilling read, similar to Gone Girl, but less creepy. Each chapter jumps back and forth between present day and the past and alternates between two character’s POV.

I listened to Truly Madly Guilty by Liane Moriarty in record speed. Mostly because it was due back at the library and I really didn’t want another late fee. I’ve read several other Liane Moriarty books, including What Alice Forgot (my review), Big Little Lies (can’t wait for HBO’s limited series), and The Husband’s Secret.

Currently Watching

Nolan and I have been watching old reruns of The Office. It’s been long enough that I’ve forgotten most of the jokes and I love that the shows are about 22 minutes on Netflix. We are in need of a new show though, suggestions?

  1. The OA on Netflix…we’re 5 episodes in and are hooked. Can’t go wrong with The Office though! Those stamps are cute. I can’t wait to see your new living room color to see if I want to copy it.
