Sophie is so thrilled to be sharing our living room reveal and hallway today!
I have so many pictures, that I’m splitting up the room reveals by each individual room. Today it’s the living room and hallway! Let’s take a look back in time, shall we? This picture was taken in February of 2014.
Since then, we got a new rug and coffee table, painted the walls that separate the kitchen and living room, ditched the outdoor side table, and switched up the pillows and blankets. Then it looked like this:
Since then, we removed the wallpaper, painted the trim and replaced the trim around the slider, skim coated all the walls, upgraded the man chair, installed curtains, and painted. Now it looks like this:
After much color speculation we selected Sherwin Williams Pavestone and I’m so happy with it!
Sophie is just happy to be able to have her pillow-crushing napping spots back.
Living Room Reveal Before/After Pictures
Even though we finished the hallway last year, we had it skim coated and painted because all the walls are connected. We re-hung the pictures in the same spot too.
I will do a separate post with our kitchen and entry reveals. It’s as if we have a brand new house!
Wow, I can’t believe how much of a difference that skim coat made. The walls look fabulous! What huge projects you guys undertook. Very nice results!
